We came together in studio in Nicaragua. Luciana and I had recently met, yet felt a very powerful energetic and spiritual connection since the beginning. We both knew magic will come out of us blending our love for music. In studio we started playing and going deeper into channeling. I had made a demo track for a different singer that we didn't get to use and used it for inspiration.

  As Luciana started to sing, and create melodies for the song, lyrics started to pour out of her. She wanted to sing in Spanish and we decided to dedicate the song to the medicina of Cacao and la Tierra.   

Cacao is part of the cosmovision of my indigenous lineage. It is a sacred plant of abundance of life, vision, union of hearts and connection with the Divine. Cacao, a powerful plant for centuries veneered by the mesoamerican and south american lineages is now widely being noticed in the world by many communities and circulates through our hearts uniting us.   
The beautiful melodies that Luciana created took the song into a heart-opening version that led me to compose music in a whole new way. Together we wrote and journeyed into the musical elements and structure of the song you hear today.   With the many layers of colors and cadences that my music is composed of, the song took a life of its own becoming an epic heart-opening ceremonial dance piece people will love to sing to and honor the connection and blessings that cacao.

  'Cacaocito' is an endearing way in spanish to call Cacao. Tenderness, power and beauty are frequencies imprinted in this song portraying what cacao is about.

I can say that the blend of Luciana's vocal genius with my musical composition is a potent alchemical force that is bringing love-quality to the music we are composing.   

We are elated that we have found each other, and look forward to brining lots more music to our communities and the world through the chemistry of our music and our devotion to the Divine.
